1. Using the site and our apps

Gilabs builds consumer apps, including Super and other apps released under the Gilabs name. By visiting this site or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

If an app requires an account, you agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Prices and recipes

Grocery prices in Super are estimates based on product data collected from each store and may differ from what you pay in store or online. Recipes and nutrition information are for general guidance only. Always check product labels for allergens and follow safe food-handling practices.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code, brand and content of Gilabs and its apps belong to Gilabs. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without our prior permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is", without any guarantee of specific results. Recommendations and features are for information only and don't replace professional advice where it's needed.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes on this site or by email. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or country of residence.
